- Mission
- Endicott College was the first College in the nation to require all students to complete yearly internships. Today, Endicott remains dedicated to that vision and every student completes a first-year experience program, three work-experience internships, and a senior thesis. Endicott's competency-based curriculum exposes students to their field of study early in the program. Students select from 23 Bachelor programs, 27 concentrations, and 28 minors. Master programs are offered in Business, Education, Computer Science, Nursing and Interior Design. The core emphasizes research, communication, creative and analytic skills.
