Eric was polite and reassuring. note: he didn't make a dollar, but calmed me down and gave me sound and frugal advice at 9:30 pm in the evening during a stressful time for me. he is a "master technician" with plenty of experience on Mercedes autos. very considerate, very helpful and very fortunate for me that I called him!! thanks Eric at empty pocket towing...
