To this company, please do check your staff/coordinators maybe how you treat them affects their treatment to your clients. This is what I can think of since did receive a cold treatment from one of your coordinator.

One of our friend referred us to this company because of their great program and I can say that they really have a nice place. However, my partner had difficulty dealing with one of the coordinator. According to her the coordinator seems to have a bad temper towards her. I think this should've been addressed by the company since they will be dealing with women who sometimes become emotional especially if it's their first time.

There's always a communication gap between me and their coordinator. I don't know if it has to do with my accent but for me they should also adjust. Not so great experience with their staff.

Not that worst experience but won't avail their service anymore. I feel like my wife could learn that by just talking to my sisters who are already seasoned parents. Just a thought.

Don't go with this doula team. They are only after your money. We thought they can help us but it's just a waste of time talking to them.
