- Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival. Failure to cancel 14 days in advance will result in the forfeit of your deposit and payment for the remainder of your stay that can not be re-booked. Special Balloon Fiesta and major holiday requirements. Any reservations made for the first two weekends of October and the week inbetween must be paid in full sixty (60) days in advance and are not refundable. This policy is also true for major holidays.
