EHMS Mechanical Services traces its roots back more than 30 years to the V.A. Smith Company, one of the areas oldest and most respected mechanical contractors. Our company quickly became recognized for innovative design, quality installation and excellent customer service. After 10 years of steady growth, the company settled at our new headquarters in Lake Zurich, IL where we remain today.
In 2014, the Service Group was acquired by All Mechanical Industries, owned and operated by Rich Carlini. Rich is a seasoned veteran of the mechanical services industry and has more than 30 years of design/build and service experience in the industrial/commercial and institutional markets.
