2016 will be my 20th year engaged actively in the commercial real estate business. Prior professional experience includes 25 years in commercial banking and as Federal regulator managing failed savings & loan institutions, eventually investigating issues of owner, director and officer fraud. Raised in Oklahoma City, I graduated from the University of Kansas and served in the U.S. Army honorably.
Although ENC has represented both buyer and seller in residential transactions, the vast majority of my experience is in the sale, acquisition or lease of commercial real estate. For almost a decade, I represented a privately-owned regional financial institution, marketing the majority of its foreclosed properties. Those properties included: churches, land, apartment complexes, restaurants, shopping centers, office buildings, warehouses, convenience stores, truck-stops and more.
First, ENC is a full-service estate concern. Second, and more important to you, ENC has evolved into a small, hands-on operation that is best able and most eager to market & close any type of commercial property sale in which it serves as both the listing and selling broker. In this instance, every client is afforded the opportunity to minimize its expense by taking advantage of our professional relationships as well as the assurance that ENC will expend 100% of its effort to bring about a timely closing, subject to market and credit considerations. Again, the seller's "bottom line" is important to ENC.
