In May of 2013 a nearby resident had Earth Haulers deliver a load of soil. The Driver of the Earth Haulers truck carelessly drove up on two resident lawns causing substantial damage to the sprinkler heads and lawn ruts. After weeks of the company passing the buck I finally talked to Ben Tucker who committed to reimburse us for the damages. A check was cut however the owner, Alan Tucker refused to send the check on no rational grounds whatsoever "just because". There were two eyewitnesses, heavy rubber marks in the cement prior to the tires exiting the pavement, deep ruts and broken sprinkler heads. Mr Tucker has decided to roundly disregard his financial responsibility of this situation which is perfectly in line with the driver denial. This is not a company anyone should do business with. Living Earth is hands down the better choice. Mr Tucker is nothing short of a crook.
