I’ve been abusing drugs for a big part of my life. Everyone I knew, my friends, even my family, was always abusing alcohol or drugs. Until I arrived in treatment, I didn’t understand how good better life might be. Everyone was nice, particularly Sylvia, who still checks in on me.
