I want to say that I was in a tight bind were I needed sell some of my gold. I was feeling kind of down when I first entered the store because I was thinking that Diamond Jewelers would probably not give my asking price of $600 for my gold.I was attended by a guy who had a wonderful aura about him very friendly, polite, and professional.He went far and beyond and displayed exceptional customer service. He actually went on the computer to show me how much gold was running for and that he wouldn't have a problem giving $600 for my gold. I will definitely recommend my family members and friends to this location. I will also be returning.

Great pawn shop!  The staff was both very informative and kind.  My wife and I had a bad experience at another pawn shop,but the guys at Diamond Jewelry & Loan wanted us to walk out with what we deserved.  They explained how other pawn shops will try to screw you and not give full value for your items. Their pay down policy was also a sell for us. I highly recommend this pawn shop as you will be happy walking out!

I love the customer service that I received from the two people I came in contact with at Diamond Jewelry & Loan! They are prime examples of how people having excellent skills in handling customers should be at all times. I was greeted with smiles and proper introductions when I entered Diamond Jewelry & Loan. Everywhere it's normally employees with terrible attitudes and lack of professionalism that I run into on a regular. I will definitely be doing business with them again soon!
