- Diablo Glass was started in 1957, by Felix Sandoval. He started with one truck and an apprentice. He would repair broken glass for local residents. He eventually started installing custom mirrors and much more. Diablo Glass at one point in time also was a full service paint, window covering, and wall paper retail store. In 1982 He sold it to his son Gary Sandoval. Gary owns it to this day. Same location, same telephone number since Gary’s father Felix owned it and it was a Mulberry telephone number, our return customers of an older generation can recognize that. The location has gone through a lot of development over the years. At one point in time there used to be parking meters in front of our store. The evolution of Concord’s downtown has brought a lot of change. But looking at the pictures, you will notice that not a lot has changed to the outside of our building. What makes us different than other similar businesses in your community? Diablo Glass has been in business for over 52 years by following 3 simple rules providing excellent service, the highest quality products, in a friendly atmosphere. Most of our business is is by "word of mouth" from over half a century of satisfied customers.
