DHR Health Aquatic Therapy Institute combines the benefits of exercise and therapy with the advantages of warm water in order to meet the needs of clients suffering from musculoskeletal disorders. Aquatic Therapy utilizes the warmth, buoyancy, and resistive properties of water to manage pain, reduce stiffness, increase joint mobility, and optimize strength. Our specialty-trained aquatic therapists evaluate clients’ individualized needs and develop specialized treatment plans to meet their goals and to ultimately provide a better quality of life.
Serving the lower Rio Grande Valley, DHR Health sees patients from across Hidalgo County, including McAllen, Edinburg, Mission, and Pharr.
