Desert Realty was established in 1973, and the Robertson family purchased the company in 1980. By 1983, C. Terry Robertson, Broker, was in the process of converting the sales agency to a property management company. Although Desert Realty is licensed as a full service real estate company, over 85% of its income is derived from property management. Desert Realty has always specialized in the management of single-family homes, condos, town homes and small apartment complexes.
