Garage door torsion spring broke; so called d&l garage doors company and they organized spring replacement. They knew exactly what I need from my call and they brought all parts on their truck. Installation took only one hour and I think it is really fast! My neighbor was complaining that his garage issue took 5 hours!! I was a little worried, but after d&l service no regrets and totally satisfied.

To open the garage door, I had to push it manually to open the door. I call and they had a technician out within an hour. During the initial consultation, he advice me to replace the unit and did not charge for the service call. I ordered a new unit and the team installed within an hour of schedule appointment.
