- We offer dance class for age two to adult in all styles of dance. The Dance Place is a friendly professionally staffed dance studio with "floating" dance floors to prevent injury, we are located in Hicksville NY. Dancers can start dance lessons as young as two years old. We give our dancers many opportunities to perform, we produce an annual production of The Nutcracker, a dance competition team, local community events, and an annual dance recital. The Dance Place offers many summer camp options. Princess summer dance camp for little ones, and a summer dance workshop for the older dancers, we offer adult workout classes, and you can even have your child's birthday party with us! It is very important to the teachers at The Dance Place that your child has the best experience possible. We are so passionate about the art of dance and we want your children to feel the same.
