More details
- Mission
- The mission of Crown College is to to provide a biblically based education for Christian leadership in The Christian and Missionary Alliance, the church-at-large, and the world. One of the things that makes Crown special are the deeply committed faculty and staff. Professors are dedicated to students in a way you seldom see at other colleges. Staff members, as well, take an interest in the holistic development of students. Many spend their own time developing meaningful relationships, which allow them to mentor and encourage students in life inside and outside the classroom. There is a team spirit and unity in making the college work in light of a budget crunch. Crown also has a strong sense of community between faculty, students and staff, with a genuine love for each other. Crown is not a large college, yet its faculty and staff provide a high-quality education and service-oriented mentality that puts the student first. With a 14:1 student to faculty ratio, our customers are given top-priority and meaningful attention. The College offers nearly 40 majors from across the spectrum. There is a growing and intense nursing program, while on a regular basis the College seeks to expand the fields of study offered. The nursing program has become top-notch, with state-of-the-art facilities and a rigorous study load. Social Entrepreneurship was a new major this fall, and programs for Graduate students are flexible, both online and in-the-classroom.
