I am a residential Mortgage Loan Consultant. My specialties are Jumbo Mortgages, Low Down-payment mortgages, FHA, VA, Renovation and Conventional loans. Often we are able to successfully close loans that other lenders can't or just don't have the patience to work through. I have had years of experience with mortgages and sold homes as a Realtor previously so I have an unmatched knowledge of the whole spectrum of buying a home. My whole life has involved Real Estate one way or another.
