Coulee Region Adult Day Center is an adult care facility with locations in Onalaska and Sparta, WI. We serve adults with all levels of disabilities as well elderly individuals. Our caring team of skilled staff work hard to give the best care in the area. We have a range of services, from an adult day care center to respite care that provides 24/7 accommodation and care options. We also can provide in-home care and shower services. We also have two group homes. No matter what your needs are, we can help. We offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere with the utmost respect and professionalism.

- What are your rates?
- Our rates vary depending on the level of care a member needs. We have three levels of care and a member can do hourly or daily rates.
- Do you have medically trained staff?
- Yes, any of our staff that are passing medications go through a medication course along with hands on training
- Do you complete background checks?
- Yes, all our staff have to be 18 and over and go through a caregiver/criminal background check. This is also redone every four years.
