There is a $35.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a full refund minus the cancellation fee. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days in advance will be charged for the first night at the booking fee, unless we rent the room to another guest - in which case we will refund the full deposit minus the cancellation fee.
