THE MOST RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! Someone under the LIVE CHAT feature named EMILY did not answer my question(s) about the JOBST glove measuring chart but then ended the 'conversation'. I clicked on the LIVE CHAT feature again and was left without a response, ANY response whatsoever until I had ended the Live Chat. I called the office and spoke with MATTHEW and received the same treatment except in a verbal manner. I asked him how he was doing and he acted like I invited him to kiss my butt. I asked for a supervisor and he said that he is a supervisor so I tried to explain about the poor service over the LIVE CHAT with EMILY and he did not want to hear it. period! Again, his tone and attitude were very rude and condescending. I asked him as a supervisor if this is the way they run their company and there was no apology, nothing! What he said was they're very busy and he is trying to resolve the situation which is absolutely NOT the case. He wanted me to shut up, put in my order, and go away! I told him that I was going to tell everyone about this company on facebook and then he hung up on me before I could also mention that I was going to put them on ANGIE's list as well. I know a company is low-caliber when they answer the phone and you have to ask them to whom you are speaking. Absolutely sorry! Sorry! Sorry! people in customer service. I wish I could give them a negative star rating.
