Seriously....call HIM! Called him last Friday, he called me back within minutes, made an appt for 3 days later, and voila. He called before arriving, re-keyed 4 locks, installed a deadbolt, fixed a door hinge and was out of here. All within an hour. Fast. Courteous. Professional. And cleaned up after the sawdust!! Nice to know that GREAT customer service still exists
