- If you must change or cancel your reservation, a three week notice is required during our peak season (June 12 - Sept 22) and holidays. A seven day notice is required Sept 23 - June 11. If required notice is not given, one night's room rate plus taxes will be charged to your credit card (50% of the total bill if three nights or more)unless the room can be re-rented. All refunds are subject to an administrative fee of $35.
