Mission
Columbia College is a private, liberal arts, women's college and a national leader in the field of leadership development for women. Among its most notable features are a nationally recognized honors program; an emphasis on character development, social justice, and engaged learning; a diverse campus community; and custom-designed opportunities for internships, practica, and travel-study experiences. Founded in 1854, the College is affiliated with the United Methodist Church.
