Colleton River Club is a private, member-owned golf community in Bluffton, South Carolina, located just minutes from Savannah and the world-class beaches of Hilton Head Island. It is situated on 1,500 hundred acres of majestic Lowcountry land, surrounded by water on three sides, with seven miles of scenic shoreline and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean.
Two grand clubhouses anchor Colleton River. The Pete Dye clubhouse is blessed with a magnificent sunrise, while the Jack Nicklaus Clubhouse enjoys stunning sunsets. Together, they set the stage for two nationally acclaimed championship golf courses—one designed in 1991 by the legendary Jack Nicklaus, and the second designed seven years later by World Golf Hall of Fame architect, Pete Dye which he has declared “the best course I have ever built.”
Colleton RIver has received major peer and industry recognition for championship golf, fine dining, distinctive custom homes and a friendly, welcoming, philanthropic membership. The Club also received its third consecutive Platinum Club of America designation, and was once again ranked among the Top 15 Residential Communities in the country by Club Leaders Forum in 2012.
