Gannon Coffman was born and raised in Albuquerque and graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2000 with a degree in Communication & Business Management. Gannon is the founder & CEO of Coffman and Co. Real Estate Group, a full service commercial and residential real estate company based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Gannon is an experienced Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry along with Business & Financial Planning, Civic Engagement, Entrepreneurship and giving back to his community.
Coffman & Co. Real Estate Group has 2 distinct divisions; Residential and Commercial Brokerage Services where we specialize in Tenant Representation, Investment Advisory Services and Multifamily Syndication, where we purchase apartments in emerging markets, force appreciation and share in the profits with our investors.
We are members in good standing of CARNM (Commercial Association of Realtors of New Mexico), GAAR (Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors) and NAR (National Association of Realtors) and we have access to CIE (Commercial Information Exchange) and the Southwest MLS. We are truly a one-stop-shop.
For two years Gannon was the Ambassador Chairman for the Albuquerque Economic Development Department (AED) and was a Director on the New Mexico Chapter CCIM Board. He also successfully completed a 2-year tenure and the Government Relations Chair for ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) New Mexico Region.
