"I play the saxophone,(mostly tenor),and have been working with quartets, trios for over 40 years, and for the last 8 yrs I've been working with customized jazz standard backing tracks. They give me greater flexibility, mobility, creative control, a smaller space requirement, as well as a more attractive pricing option. My musical influences are Dexter Gordon, Wayne Shorter,Horace Silver,John Coltrane ,Duke Ellington, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole ,Ella Fitzgerald.I like Grover Washington and Luther Vandross, James Ingram, Frankie Beverly, as well as many other singers AND musicians that time and space will not allow me to mention. I will mention that the whole body of traditional and contemporary gospel music is done both as ministry and special religious services on a very regular basis so it to is available thru me and my Ipod player. I have worked in banquet halls and catering facilities, restaurants as well as clubs, church events, award services, senior centers, nursing homes, and indoor and outdoor flea markets.
