If you ever want to get home from a doctors appointment, do NOT call this company. They are horrible!!!! The driver told my aide that she will be waiting outside for me after she had the doctor's receptionist sign her paperwork. When we got outside she was gone. She left without me!!! By her getting her papers signed and leaving without me, I believe that is a "thief of services". I said what kind of company is this??? What if I was all alone and I didn't have a cell phone? When I called their office the supervisor, Barry was so rude and nasty to me. He told me I would have to wait another 45 minutes for another driver to come. What an awful company they are. How would Barry like it if someone left his mother there!!! Thanks for nothing!!!!!
