Kalkounos recently acquired acclaimed Chicago chef Javiel Villalobos, former Executive Chef of Giannotti’s, and together they have crafted a menu of generous portions, fresh ingredients and personal touches such as house-made pastas and sauces. Chicago Prime favorites such as steak, chops, veal, fresh seafood and signature Italian dishes are complemented by a carefully selected wine and classic cocktail menu.
