- Champlain College offers a beautiful campus overlooking the city of Burlington, Vermont, and Lake Champlain, and has provided a high quality, career-oriented education for 125 years. Champlain reacts quickly to changes in the business world to offer up-to-date academic programs--the latest include Broadcasting, Electronic Game & Interactive Development, Multimedia and Graphic Design, Digital Film, Mass Communication. A required Core Curriculum provides students breadth and depth in the liberal arts, studying aesthetics, learning the history of science, exploring questions of faith and reason, and ultimately joining a community of thinkers and learners. Champlain's curriculum allows freshmen to begin right away taking courses in their field of interest, while internship and community service opportunities enhance the hands-on learning. 97 percent of Champlain students seeking employment find jobs within four months of graduation. Students also enjoy recreational opportunities in Vermont's Green Mountains.
