The Cha Cha Hut is real Catskill style BBQ in the heart of the Catskills - Andes NY. Traditional BBQ meats - pulled pork, beef brisket, smoked turkey & spare ribs - complimented by not so traditional sides - smoked mac & cheese, 3 bean BBQ beans, mustard slaw). Plus - seven homemade BBQ sauces. Our style of BBQ is Cha Cha Hurt style: a blend of Carolina & Texas techniques with our own twists.
