Founded in 1984 by Jack McLaren as a wholesaler to the forestry and industrial industries. We also serve several small businesses ranging from nursing homes, local schools, automobile dealerships, as well as city and parish governments.
CIS boasts a superb reputation throughout the timber industry with over 90% of revenue generated from repeat business. Our Customers are located in Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, and Mississippi. With a combined total of over 75 years experience in the industrial supply business, our sales representatives are knowledgeable on a variety of industrial applications.
CIS has a well-balanced support staff of account managers, inventory control specialists and delivery personnel who are dedicated to providing the products to our customers. CIS also has $1,000,000 in inventory in addition to the support from Affiliated Distributors and Supply Force.
