Our Carolina Pro Pressure Wash Advantage is our One Year Warranty against regrowth of Organic Matter (Mold/Mildew)*. This is conditioned based on environmentally concerns out of our control. Example: you have a shrub or tree up next to the house that blocks the sun from drying off morning dew. This will allow bacteria to form and mold and mildew will grow back quicker in these areas. We can not control this and therefore the warranty would be invalid.
