Cardinal Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates has two locations to serve you in beautiful Port Orange and Palm Coast, Florida. We are proud to provide the highest level of oral and maxillofacial surgery care to the residents of Flagler and Volusia counties. We strive to work hand-in-hand with our referring doctors to be more than just a specialty office, but an extension of their own practices. Dr. Haté is currently the President of the Volusia Dental Academy.
