- Cancellations within 14 days of checkin of your first nights stay are subject to charge for the entire reservation if room cannot be comparably rebooked. Any nights that are rebooked will be refunded - those not rebooked will be charged. Credit cards may be charged the full amount for entire reservation 14 days prior to arrival. If arrangments have been made to pay by check - check is due for entire reservation amount 14 days prior to arrival also. Presentation of actual credit card and cardholder signature will be required at checkin to complete transaction. All holiday and special event nights are subject to 30 day cancellation policy (same as above except 30 days) and will be stated at time reservation is made.
