- We are a small destination property. Every guest reservation is both important and special to us. We require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit (per room) to reserve your room(s) or cottage(s) and your full payment upon your arrival at the B&B. Cancellation policy: If you cancel 15 days or less, we will retain 100% of each rooms nightly rate. Please understand that you are responsible for, and will be billed for, your entire reservation.
