The Law Offices of C.D. Cowan, P.C. was formed in *1995 by attorney C. D. "Chuck" Cowan. The firm began by concentrating on Plaintiff’s representation in General Negligence cases and Texas Workers' Compensation Claims. Since 1995 our firm has expanded its' "Plaintiffs Only" practice to include AGGRESSIVE legal representation in Wrongful Death, Medical Malpractice, Oil Field Injuries, Products Liability and F.L.S.A. related Labor Law issues. Our practice is focused on providing top notch legal representation and counseling to injured East Texans in both State and Federal Courts.
