- From Madison, WI: Take I-90/94 to Exit 108B (I-39). Take State Road 23 East 8 miles to County Hwy. C (Lake Ave). Turn right on County Rd. C (west) and travel 3/4 mile to entrance on right. From the East: Enter Montello on State Road 23. Continue on Hwy. 23 past waterfalls and stop light, through downtown, turn left on County Hwy. C (Lake Ave) west, at Fire Station, and travel 3/4 mile to entrance on right. From the West:Enter City of Montello on State Road 23. Once you pass a cemetary and County Courthouse on your left, turn right on County Rd. C (Lake Ave) west, before Fire Station, and travel 3/4 mile to entrance on right.
