I would give them no stars if possible.
Not sure if they are to blame, or the school, but we ordered some school shirts for two of our sons. We ordered them larger than their normal size, a 6/8 for our son who wears a 5/6 shirt and a 10/12 for one who wears a 7/8. The shirt part was fine, but the sleeves on the shirt, long sleeved were too short. My husband called Brown Bear and they will not do anything about it, since there is a no refund policy. I could understand if our kids were able to try the shirt on before buying them, but the were not able to. Very disappointed, our boys were looking forward to wearing them for a year or two.
