- If booked through the INNKEEPERS, the deposit is refundable provided cancellation is made no later than 14 days prior to your arrival. There is a $35 Processing Fee charged to ALL cancellations or 10%, whichever is greater. If the cancellaton is after the 14 days & 48 HOURS BEFORE CK IN DATE, & we are able to book the entire stay, the deposit will be refunded.
