I love Mandarin due to its old town charm, the large ancient oak trees glittered with Spanish moss, the larger lots, the easy commute to Jacksonville or the beaches, the area amenities (beautiful parks, convenient shopping, great restaurants, fitness centers, movie theaters, marinas, biking/walking trails), and the good schools. Mandarin has some of the best schools in Jacksonville! I am also a foodie, so I know all the good restaurants in town - there are exactly 39 in Mandarin at this moment.
