Boekel Scientific is an ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 certified company, located in suburban Philadelphia. We design and manufacture laboratory equipment and medical devices. This equipment is used in hospitals, blood banks, clinical laboratories and research laboratories. We manufacture a wide variety of bench top equipment including histology equipment, incubators, ovens, shaking/rocking/ rotating equipment, microbiology equipment, as well as sample heaters and coolers. Our equipment is sold worldwide through our distribution network as branded or private labeled equipment. We also custom build equipment for customers that require specific products to support their reagents and assays. It is our goal to manufacture products that consistently meet and exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Incubators and Ovens for Laboratory and Medical Use: Forced and gravity convection models in a variety of sizes. Digital and Analog temperature control systems. Equipment for the incubation of bacteriological samples and drying/curing samples with ovens. Used in microbiology, cell culture, molecular, pathology, research, materials testing, water testing, and food testing laboratories.
Laboratory rocking, rotating, and shaking equipment used with a variety of sample types. Equipment for mixing culture tubes, culture flasks, culture plates, microplates, flasks, microtubes, microcentrifuge tubes, blood collection tubes, test tubes, and conical bottom tubes. Temperature controlled thermomixers and ambient mixers with orbital, 3-dimensional, wave, rocking, shaking and rotating patterns. For mixing aqueous samples, molecular biology reagents, hybridizing samples and gels, suspending cell pellets in solution, and cell culture experiments.
Blood banking medical equipment for the preparation of blood and blood products for patient transfusion. FDA cleared devices for Platelet Incubation, Platelet Agitation, and Plasma Thawing. Mixing devices, dry block incubators, water baths, and standard incubators for testing and preparing blood products.
Histology and Pathology Equipment for preparing and testing tissue and blood samples. Microscope slide hybridizing equipment for immunohistochemistry and RNA, PNA and DNA FISH testing. Tissue embedding equipment and tissue flotation / floatation baths for preparing paraffin wax embedded samples. Supplies for dispensing and storing microscope slides.
