Body Kneads Yoga is a boutique style yoga studio conveniently located in Cranston, RI. Our studio has a very warm and inviting feel that brings a sigh of relaxation as soon as you step through the doors. The boutique feel of our studio is perfect for anyone who is looking to go a bit deeper. Body Kneads Yoga is the place where you won't be lost in the crowd. Our attention to every body that comes in to practice is specific and tailored just for you.
The two practice rooms are bright and lovely with plenty of natural sunlight during the day. The evening classes have a calming and restorative feel after a long day. But don't take our word for it, come and experience it yourself!
Our goal as a Yoga studio is to consistently provide a peaceful vibe in a clean and supportive environment. You choose your level of intensity and we will meet you right where you are. We will challenge you to go deeper. We do expect that you want to practice for many years injury free so our teachers are alignment focused. We will always give each person the individual attention they deserve. Even our advanced classes come from a place of mindfulness and peace. You won't be "chasing the vinyasa" here, but rather enjoying a skillfully led practice in whatever style of class that you choose.
