- Prepaid deposit is 100% refundable if the reservation committment is cancelled at least two weeks prior to planned stay. Any request made to cancel less than two weeks prior will be subject to rebooking policy which states that deposit is non-refundable unless the reservation can be rebooked for all or part of the committed booking. In the event that only a portion of the commitment can be rebooked only that portion will be refunded. Example: If reservations are confirmed for three nights and Blue Willow can only rebook two of the three nights committed to, two nights will be refunded and the third forfitted. If all three are rebooked, all three will be refunded.
