- Reservations may be made by phone, e-mail or fax. We will ask for a 50% deposit for your stay, or the first night's lodging if you are visiting for two days or less. A credit card will guarantee your reservation immediately, as will a check received within three days. If you must cancel, please give us four weeks¿ notice of the date (sixty days for holiday, special event or multiple room bookings) for return of your deposit, less $25. With two weeks¿ notice, we return 50% of your deposit. In cases of multiple room bookings, this policy is applied per room booked.
