This upscale, luxurious rental offers 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath with 2 Queen beds in 2 Bedrooms and a Queen leather sleeper in the living room. The living room has a complete ocean view. 3 Plasma TV's with DVR in every room, computer with Internet, fireplace, free local phone, AC in every room, full kitchen, inhouse washer & dryer, oceanview courtyard with firepits, barbecue, free in-house parking etc. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella are provided. NOTE: There's a $1000 refundable security deposit, $200 cleaning fee, 12% tax on the nightly rate.
