After many years litigating in many different legal areas, we decided that our firm’s time and energy is best spent helping clients avoid litigation through proper planning. We still litigate in the areas of real estate, probate, and when companion animals or their guardians are in need of assistance. However, we devote much of the firm’s time to Life Planning. Life can be complicated and confusing, especially when a family member dies or becomes incapacitated.
