The Baxter Regional Cafeteria is open seven days a week for patients, family members, staff, and visitors. Enjoy the breakfast buffet or lunch and dining options that include sandwiches, wraps, salad bar, chef specialties and hot grill items including hamburgers, chicken sandwiches and daily specials. The cafeteria is located on the first floor of the hospital near the rear of the facility. The cafeteria hot meal service runs 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. for breakfast, 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for lunch, and 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for dinner. Dinner is not available on weekends.
