I love Colorado Springs. As a Colorado “transplant”, I moved to Colorado shortly after graduating college and have lived here for 29 years, with 19 of those years here in Colorado Springs. I know the communities, market trends, and home values well and also have very precise communication and strong negotiating abilities. Outside of Real Estate, I also give back to my community by being a regular volunteer at Marian House Soup Kitchen for the past 13 years. In my spare time, I enjoy playing golf, skiing and attending sporting events.
I work in Residential Real Estate and have been a member of ERA Shields Real Estate for the last 10 of my 15 years in Real Estate. I have many certifications such as CNE(Certified Negotiation Specialist), GRI(Graduate, Realtors Institute), and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist). I have won the Circle of Achievement Award the last 4 years through ERA Corporate as well. Overall, I am a real guy – and what really sets me apart is my abilities in communication. I always stay in touch with current, past and future clients. Finding out what my clients needs are works best for everyone, including me!
