Due to our excellent service and continued customer satisfaction over the years, we have increased our services, technology and staff, including a full service excavation crew to meet our customers’ needs. We maintain a fully staffed office which allows us to service the entire Kansas City metro area. We believe in the old fashioned way of doing business and that is why your calls are personally answered by staff members, not machines, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during the week. An answering service is available for weekends, evenings and after hours requests. Our crews are radio/electronically dispatched which allows for prompt service, especially in emergencies. We are licensed and insured. In addition, we are members of the Better Business Bureau of Greater Kansas City and the Lee’s Summit (Missouri) Chamber of Commerce.
