Baldwin Heating and Air Conditioning is one of the Eastern Shore's most established and respected heating and air conditioning companies. Family-owned and operated, it has maintained its community atmosphere even through growth and expansions. The president and owner, Steve Dukes, runs the company with help from his sisters, Donna Cummings, Paula Stewart, and friends Nikki Frounfelter, Comfort Specialist Dan Eubanks, Install Manager John Stalhood, and Service Manager Anthony Giordano.
Steve is a dedicated family man, a husband and father of four children. Steve is an active member of his church, volunteering his time and fellowship through the facilities teams and committees. He also serves as a fire fighter with the Crossroads Volunteer Fire Department. What little bit of free time he has left is spent assistant coaching softball for his children. Being a long-time resident of the Eastern Shore, Steve is committed to providing his community with a quality service unsurpassed by any other.
