Intuitive: Services that are developed based upon clients specific needs, employing listening through intuition to the specific body talk/language.
The Intuitive Healing Arts: Healing through intuition, intuitively connecting and listening to the higher super consciousness for the direct knowing of what is needed to heal the situation, condition and or thought. Every disorder, dis-ease, every condition begins with began with a seed. Intuitively you have/know the answers you seek.
Wholistic: Employing alternative solutions for the whole person; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Creative Expression: Employing creative healing arts modalities such as visual journaling, traditional journaling, painting, drawing, creating sacred space, meditation through crafting, collage as meditation and more.
Reiki: Is Japanese for Universal Life Force Energy, or Spiritually Guided Life Force Energy. Reiki is a healing energy which supports our development and self healing at physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.
Reiki/Distance Healing: Reiki sessions done remotely are just as powerful as those received in person. As Reiki is life force energy it naturally flows where it is needed.
Reiki Courses: Taught in person and online for those who are interested in learning Reiki for self-healing and or becoming a Reiki practitioner. Reiki is taught in 3 parts… Reiki I, Reiki II and Reiki Master Teacher level.
Subconscious Body Talk Therapy (SBTT): Listening intuitively to the subconscious body talk story; scanning and removing energy blockages, emotions, and negative talk related issues; responding to the specific body talk story through the integration of positive life reinforcements.
Chakra Therapy: Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning “wheel.” Chakras are the energy centers of our bodies that turn and process the life force energy inside of us. There are seven main chakras in the body; each one has a specific color and function. Cleansing and balancing the chakra system is important for our overall health and well-being.
Aura Clearing: Used to release negative energy blocks; can assist in the healing of any problem or difficulty such as emotional challenges, relationship issues, addictions, spiritual matters as well as physical issues.
Counseling Intuitive: Getting to the heart of the matter; Counseling Intuition is the science of intuitively assisting clients in resolving their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual stress patterns in relation to career, creativity, family, life transitions, parenting, partnerships, relationships, sexuality and spiritual direction. Counseling Intuitive is intuitive talk therapy; alternative counseling for the spirit, mind, body and soul.
Certified Doula: As a Doula I offer the following services (for pregnancy and postpartum)

Crystal and Gemstone Healing: Crystals have powerful healing properties. I will often recommend specific crystals according to the information gathered. Crystals and gemstones may be used during Reiki Distance Healing Sessions.
Aromatherapy: Essential oils are powerful tools for energy clearing and healing. They are quite beneficial when used for pain management, stress relief and for soothing and relaxing water therapy.
